Announcement of total minutes for your destination call is based on using the entire card on a single call using a local access number, and before the applicable Fees, Services and all other Charges. The application of rates, fees and other charges will result in a reduction of total minutes announced for your destination call. Calls may be billed in 1,2,3,4 or 5 minutes increments. Rates, fees and other charges are subject to change without notice. Calls placed to international mobile phones are billed at higher rates. A service fee may apply. Calls made from a pay phone are subjected to $.99 per call whether or not the call completes. A weekly fee up to $.25 may apply after the first call. A daily fee up to $.40 may apply after the first call. Calls made using a toll free number may be billed up to an additional $.10 per minute in addition to rates charged for the call destination. Due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control, you might be charged for incomplete calls or even disconnected. If fraud is suspected, your card may be suspended or terminated without notice. safeguard your pin, to prevent any unauthorized persons from using your account. You are responsible for any fraudulent use. Carrier and distributor are not responsible for any lost or stolen cards/pins. You are solely responsible for any charges levied on you by your chosen domestic or international telecommunications carrier. This phone card does not make any guarantee, warranty, or representation (either expressly or implied) in connection with the Services, and is not liable for any cost, liability or damage whether direct or consequential, arising out of this phone card's supply or failure to supply the Services. You may not rely on any statement of warranty as a warranty by carrier and its affiliates, distributors and agents against all claims of loss or damage arising from use of the card including allegations or claims for libel, slander, and invasion of privacy. Carrier, distributors and agents will not be liable for any failure or performance due to cause beyond its control, including but not limited to act of god, fires, flood, national emergency riots or wars, strikes, lockout, work stoppages or other labor difficulties, stoppage of service in compliance with any law order or action of any governing authority. Cards expire 60 days after first use. Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable and have no cash redemption value. With respect to any allegation, claim or dispute related to use of the card, the liability of carrier, distributor's agents, and or affiliates will be limited to face value of the card only.
